WHAT WE OFFER
We support our clients with specialist expertise to help tackle core business challenges, share skills, gain knowledge, support the vision, and get stuff done – freeing up leaders to focus on driving the business forward.
We know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, so our mission is to plug the skills gaps in your enterprise and support you to drive a bigger social or environmental impact.
You provide us with your most pressing business challenges, together we create some business assignments and we’ll help you complete two projects within a 3 month timeframe.
Each assignment will be completed by vetted business specialists with at least 6 years’ professional experience in a certain field within the areas of finance, operations or marketing.
Previous consultants have experience from the likes of KPMG, L’Oreal, Estee Lauder Companies, Coca Cola, Deloitte, EY, Innocent Drinks, Breast Cancer Now, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, DEFRA, The Princes Trust, UnLtd, L&Q, Teach First and more.
We scored 5 out of 5 by 100% of our UK clients in our 2017 customer satisfaction survey. Our founders also told us that they had improved confidance and knowledge in the areas that their Consultant specialised in.
Co-founder Anna Moran was part of the 2015/16 cohort of EY Foundation’s Accelerate Programme for young business leaders start-ups and social entrepreneurs under 30. The EY Foundation provides business support to social enterprises by offering access to skills capital from business coaches to workshops, networking and project support.
The Coaching Fellowship is an international community of coaches dedicated to helping young women reach their full potential. Their fellowship community is made up of nonprofit leaders, impact entrepreneurs, activists, rocket scientists, artists and more – all young women leaders of impact dedicating their lives to building the world of tomorrow today. The Coaching Fellowship begins with a three month professional coaching fellowship. Their fellows become part of a global women of impact network which stretches 80 countries.
We ran our first three programme’s in Sri Lanka in partnership with Social Enterprise Lanka, a start-up support organisation that aims to build a network of social enterprises in Sri Lanka. We worked collaboratively with them in 2016 to support in the delivery of training to impact organisations, providing volunteers as well as help build their member network.
Rio Criativo is our new Industry Partner in Brazil and has been formed within a department in the government of Rio. Their work involves developing and boosting cultural, creative and entrepreneurial projects & opportunities across Rio. They’ll be supporting our six week Immersion Programme in March/April 2017.
The British Council have been playing a key role in developing the entrepreneurship community in Sri Lanka. They run programmes in partnership with local and international organisations who provide expertise in areas such as youth and social entrepreneurship, equal opportunity and diversity, social inclusion and engagement, and active citizenship. We will be working with The British Council to support the growth of a new impactful enterprise economy in Sri Lanka.
One of our strategic partners in Sri Lanka is the growing Good Market. Only 3 year’s old, Good Market. have been bringing the most desired organic, fair-trade and sustainable products and services to the Colombo community every Saturday morning.
