WHAT WE OFFER
Our mission is to plug the skills gaps in your enterprise and support you to drive a bigger social or environmental impact. To do that we support our Incubator clients with specialist expertise to tackle core business challenges, sharing skills, gaining knowledge and getting stuff done – freeing founders up to focus on business growth.
When you apply you provide us with your most pressing challenges, we then scope out 3 business assignments to match you against our Consultants with and we’ll assist you to complete at least one of the assignments within a 3 month timeframe by placing a suitable Consultant to work with you remotely from between 3 hours a week to 2-3 days a week.
Each assignment will be completed by a vetted business Consultant with at least 6 years’ professional experience in a certain field within the areas of strategy, operations management and marketing.
- Immersion (getting to know the company, their mission and their challenges) – weeks 1 to 2/3
- Ideation (defining project scope & exploring ideas for solutions) – weeks 3-4
- Implementation (working towards agreed milestones) – weeks 4-8
- Ongoing delivery (the ideation and implementation loop) – weeks 8-12

Co-founder Anna Moran was part of the 2015/16 cohort of EY Foundation’s Accelerate Programme for young business leaders start-ups and social entrepreneurs under 30. The EY Foundation provides business support to social enterprises by offering access to skills capital from business coaches to workshops, networking and project support.
The Coaching Fellowship is an international community of coaches dedicated to helping young women reach their full potential. Their fellowship community is made up of nonprofit leaders, impact entrepreneurs, activists, rocket scientists, artists and more – all young women leaders of impact dedicating their lives to building the world of tomorrow today. The Coaching Fellowship begins with a three month professional coaching fellowship. Their fellows become part of a global women of impact network which stretches 80 countries.
We ran our first three programme’s in Sri Lanka in partnership with Social Enterprise Lanka, a start-up support organisation that aims to build a network of social enterprises in Sri Lanka. We worked collaboratively with them in 2016 to support in the delivery of training to impact organisations, providing volunteers as well as help build their member network.
Rio Criativo is our Industry Partner in Brazil and has been formed within a department in the government of Rio. Their work involves developing and boosting cultural, creative and entrepreneurial projects & opportunities across Rio. They’ll be supporting our six week Immersion Programme in March/April 2017.
The British Council are deeply involved in the development of social enterprise in key emerging global markets. They run programmes in partnership with local and international organisations who provide expertise in areas such as youth and social entrepreneurship, equal opportunity and diversity, social inclusion and engagement, and active citizenship. In 2015/2016 we were working with The British Council to support the growth of a new impactful enterprise economy in Sri Lanka. And in 2018/2019 we will be developing a pilot as part of theri Developing Inclusive Creative Economies programme, in Rio de Janeiro & Sau Paulo, Brazil.
